What does Participation in Playwork mean to you?
Participation in the playwork context is about “the process of sharing decisions which affect one’s life and the life of the community in which one lives” (Hart, 1992).
Participation should be an active and ongoing process involving children in decision making, from day-to-day activities to wider decisions about how the project is run.
Join our webinar to share ideas and explore ways to ensure that we practice meaningful participation in our afterschools.
