In this video, Sharon explains the necessary steps for using the E-file system in the courts. First, you need to complete the document’s heading, including your judicial circuit and county. Both petitioner and respondent should print two copies, one for each party. Include your full legal name and current mailing address. Designate an email address for document service if participating in email filing, or leave it blank if not. Sign the document in front of a notary and check the delivery method to the other party. The petitioner signs one document, and the respondent signs their own. Remember to bring valid ID for the notary. Lastly, copy and paste non-lawyer information for Hope for Families. File this document along with your other originals with the court. Contact for coaching if you have questions.
