We provide safe, structured, and neutral visitation services when supervision is required by a court order or family agreement.
Our role is to ensure child safety while supporting appropriate contact between children and parents in a calm, respectful environment.
Supervised visitation is not therapy, mediation, or legal advice.
Supervised visitation allows a child to spend time with a parent or family member while a trained, neutral supervisor is present at all times.
Supervision may be required when:
Our supervisors observe and ensure safety but do not take sides or offer opinions.
Services are provided only as permitted by a court order or written agreement.
On-Site Supervised Visitation
Visits take place at a designated facility with a supervisor present throughout the visit.
Community-Based Supervised Visitation
Visits occur in approved public locations such as parks or libraries, with supervisor accompaniment.
Monitored Exchanges
Supervision during child drop-offs and pick-ups to reduce conflict and ensure safe transitions.
Virtual Supervised Visitation
Video-based supervision when approved by the court or agreed upon in writing.
To ensure safety and fairness, all clients must agree to the following:

Supervisors are mandatory reporters under Florida law.
No. Supervised visitation is not therapy, mediation, or parenting education. It is a safety-focused, observational service only.
Reports may be provided only if ordered by the court or required by subpoena. Reports contain objective observations, not opinions or recommendations.
No. We must follow the court order exactly. Any changes must come from the court in writing.
The supervisor will intervene immediately. If safety concerns continue, the session will be ended and documented.
Gifts must be pre-approved. Recording, photography, or video is not allowed unless specifically authorized in writing.
Late arrivals may shorten or cancel the session. Missed or late-canceled visits are billed in full.
