Remember the Uniqueness of Everyone

Try to remember that not every person you meet will be like you. People come from different cultures, sexual orientations, fail, class, etc. Combinations of these factors make the world seen more interesting and alive. Remember and celebrate the fact that everyone is unique and not the same.

Try to be Empathic

Try to put yourself in the other person’s shoes. What would it be like in their situation? While judging other, if we keep in mind how much we don’t like being judged, it will save us from being critical.

Get Rid of the Judgment

We think of what other people are doing and them judge them. They to avoid having a judgmental reaction to what others think and do. They to get rid of all the unnecessary stuff and try to notice only what is of concern to you.

Know Judging is Not Healthy

Stressing yourself out by judging what you cannot change is risky to your health. Try to avoid spending days and night worrying about others, as this will only cause a lot of stress to you. Try to live your life to the fullest and let others find their own way in life. Reserve your energy for what really matters to you.

Open Your Eyes To Truth

When you find yourself looking at something that you don’t agree with , try to remember that not everyone would agree with you. Try to put yourself in their shoes and try to imagine their background.

Learn to Appreciate

Once you have accepted a person for what he/she is, try appreciating and understanding him/her. If you have loathed him/her in the past, try changing your response to appreciation. Try to express your appreciation for old or young, light skinned or dark, male or female, rich or poor and you will find the world becoming a much more satisfying place to live.

Free Yourself

It is not necessary to agree with the decision of other people, but you can learn to respect their right to have feelings and opinions. Just as you certainly want to feel free, let others too enjoy their right to be free.
