Danica Joan Dockery Receives Proclamation on Behalf of Kids Need Both Honoring Shared Parenting Day 2023

[Bartow, Florida] – [April 3, 2023] – Danica Joan Dockery, founder and executive director of Kids Need Both, Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting shared parenting, has received a proclamation on behalf of the organization honoring Shared Parenting Day 2023.

Shared Parenting Day is a National Day of Recognition that celebrates and promotes the importance of shared parenting for children and families. The day is observed on April 26th each year and is recognized in several states across the country.

The proclamation was presented to Danica Joan Dockery by Steve Githens, Mayor of the City of Bartow, Florida during a ceremony held at Bartow City Hall on April3, 2023. The ceremony was attended by members of the Kids Need Both community, as well as local officials and advocates for shared parenting.

In accepting the proclamation, Danica Joan Dockery expressed her gratitude for the recognition of Shared Parenting Day and reiterated the importance of children having equal access to both parents.
